The Finicky Fooler Jig Rig is designed to work with the wind to add jigging action to your presentation.  The Jig Rig can be adjusted for various wind conditions, allowing you to increase or slow down the cadence.  The bail is left open so when the flag triggers, the fish is free to run until you set the hook.
