Finicky Fooler 365 Top Notch

The Finicky Fooler 365 Top Notch is a multi-use year-round tip-up system device that easily attaches to the top of most buckets.  There is an angled notch on the bottom of the device that simply slides onto a bucket to create an instant tip-up.  The Top Notch is designed to be used with any size rod and reel combo.  It is meant to be used with an open bail and the tension can be adjusted for larger bait and river current.

The uses for this device include:

• River bank fishing
